Portable Ultrasound Cart for POCUS Workflows
A Portable Ultrasound Cart from Bayint Medical supports mobile imaging equipment while keeping a probe cup and storage basket close to the worktop. The BYLUS102 reference trolley measures 48 × 41 × 80 cm and uses four silent 3-inch casters. Ultrasound devices and optional power equipment are included only when listed in the quotation.

A laptop ultrasound trolley with probe holders needs more than an open work surface. Check how the laptop opens, where connectors exit and how probe cables move during scanning. Match each cradle to the probe shape and cleaning routine. A POCUS roll stand also needs a stable parking arrangement when probes are removed or returned.
- Trailing cables: review the cable path without pinching or pulling connectors.
- Unstable device placement: confirm the footprint, ventilation and retention method.
- Crowded storage: separate clean accessories from used items under the clinic protocol.
- Movement between rooms: assess brakes, thresholds and doorway clearance with the equipment loaded.
Reference Hardware and Optional Power
| Item | Reference specification or review requirement |
|---|---|
| Structure | Aluminum alloy trolley; material policy below |
| Overall dimensions | 48 × 41 × 80 cm for the reference build |
| Worktop and storage | Metal worktop, probe cup and storage basket |
| Mobility | Four silent 3-inch casters; confirm brakes and floor requirements |
| Device fit | Laptop footprint, installed weight, connectors and ventilation reviewed together |
| UPS bay | Optional project housing; battery, charger and output require separate confirmation |
| Project order | 1 to 5 evaluation units; typical production 1 to 7 weeks, configuration dependent |
The published reference height is 80 cm. A height-adjustable ultrasound cart is a separate configuration request. A general load figure does not establish stability for a tall or side-mounted device. Request a review of the complete ultrasound cart assembly rather than relying on worktop size alone.
Specify Your Portable Ultrasound Cart
Constructed from 100% virgin aluminum and pure new medical ABS materials (zero recycled plastics). Modular customization (tabletop dimensions, mounting brackets, 3 to 6 casters, drawers, and UPS battery bays) is available based on our standard aluminum profiles without custom injection mold tooling fees, supporting evaluation orders from 1 to 5 units with typical production lead times of 1 to 7 weeks depending on configuration.
Engineered to align with international clinical equipment standards, with select core models and electrical components holding CE, FDA registration, or CCC compliance documentation (model-specific certificates available upon request).
For an ultrasound cart with UPS bay, provide required operating time, power input and charger arrangement. The bay does not confirm electrical compatibility or battery inclusion. Probe holders, cable guides and surface compatibility are reviewed for the proposed disinfectant and wiping procedure.

Review the Imaging Configuration
Send device and probe models, dimensions, installed weight and destination. For a Portable Ultrasound Cart, request anonymized clinic setup photos where permitted, engineering dimensional drawings, or a quotation for 1 to 5 evaluation units.
